G & O Phynox/Molle Elgiloy
Phynox/Elgiloy è un materiale comunemente utilizzato nelle applicazioni sottomarine e, se specificato correttamente, è conforme alla norma NACE MR 0175.
Elgiloy, noto anche come Phynox, può essere utilizzato in svariate condizioni. AMS5833 e AMS5834 sono entrambi trattati termicamente e trafilati a freddo, AMS5834 è anche invecchiato. Dopo l'invecchiamento il materiale deve presentare una durezza minima di 46 HRC e quindi queste specifiche non sono ideali per NACE MR 0175 che limita questo materiale a un massimo di 60 HRC.
Tuttavia, può essere anche conforme a UNS R30003, il grado specificato nella ISO 15156 Parte 3 (NACE MR 0175) .
Tutte le molle da noi prodotte sono interamente tracciabili e fornite di serie con un certificato di conformità alla EN10204 sezione 3.1 o 3.2, in base alle preferenze. .
