APQP

We have fully embraced APQP / PPAP and our Advanced Production Quality Planning process operates in accordance with AS9145. This process has driven many improvements over the last few years, improving capability and reducing cost. Our bespoke APQP process is complimented by PFMEA’s completed in accordance AS13004. This is where we analyse the process to look at the effect and likely cause of the failure, what controls we have in place before we look at the severity, occurrence and detection of any Process Failure. This scoring enables us to focus our efforts on the highest risk areas and has been a key component in expanding our organisational knowledge and improving our overall business maturity.

We also conduct Measurement Systems Analysis in accordance with AS13003 and generate control plans to AS13002.
